The content of the website published by Industrelec has been compiled with the utmost care. As such, no illegal or defamatory content is published on it. Advertisements may be displayed on our websites. These may come from external sources (third-party affiliate management platforms, Google® ads, etc.) or be managed by our own advertising agency. Industrelec cannot be held responsible for the ‘misleading or aggressive’ nature of advertisements from external sources.

Procedures for exercising the right of access (right that cannot be exercised on site)
Before sending you personal data, we will ask you to provide proof of your identity. If you are unable to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you your personal data.
In accordance with Decree 2007-451 of 25/03/2007, your request will be fulfilled within a maximum of two months, provided that it is not abusive in nature. A flat fee, which may not exceed the cost of reproducing the documents, will be charged following your request.
Regarding the rights of rectification and erasure: the prerequisites are identical to those concerning the right of access.
Right of reply on the website
In accordance with Article 6 IV of Law No. 2004-575, any natural or legal person named or designated on our website has a right of reply, without prejudice to any requests for correction or deletion of the message that they may send to Industrelec’s head office.
The request to exercise the right of reply, addressed to the publication director, must be submitted no later than three months after the message justifying this request has been made available to the public.
